EXPANSIVE MORTAR
Expansive mortar is the revolution in rock dismantle. This technique makes it possible to break stone without the inconvenience of noise, projections or vibrations. It is widely used for obtaining perfect cuts in the ornamental stone industry. Product powder mixed with 30% water causes an exothermic reaction, followed by a rise in pressure inside the material to be dismantled. It is used everywhere, where it is necessary to destroy rock or concrete. The rock can be embedded (drill holes into the rock) or a free block.
It can be used on any rock formation and work on concrete, reinforced concrete or bricks, and also for the following works:
– Excavation of foundations;
– Leveling of rocks for road works;
– Excavation of ditches for plumbing installation;
– Underground excavations;
– Marine excavations, whether or not underwater;
– Elimination of blocks of stone;
– Demolition of pillars, beams, walls, roadsides and other cement or reinforced concrete;
– Demolition of foundations;
– Demolition of breakwaters;
– Demolition of refractory bricks or simple bricks;
– Underwater excavations (requires the use of plastic sleeve).
